      • The Global Sea Campus is a community of actors federated around an ambition: to make Brest and Brittany one of the world's places for the study and development of the oceans and seas, and the platform of development of a strong maritime economy. This community brings together the actors of training and research, businesses and communities.
        The Global Sea Campus works to unite community stakeholders and provide them with a range of services, which aims to increase their visibility and attractiveness nationally and internationally.

        After an important work carried out around the definition of the marketing & communication strategy of the World Campus of the Sea, it is now a matter of implementing this strategy in order to make the actions of the World Campus of the Sea homogeneous and visible.
        The Communications Officer will be an integral part of the Global Sea Campus team, and will be placed under the responsibility of the Global Campus of the Sea Officer.

        Missions to realize:

        Implementation of the adopted communication strategy:
        - Implement the marketing and communication plan and adjust it every year
        - Define an event and networking strategy
        - Coordinate and develop communication tools / materials made available to community stakeholders on the basis of the missions identified
        - Develop and implement the digital strategy
        - Follow up the service providers: briefing and production follow-up (communication media, events, translation ...)
        - Evaluate and define monitoring indicators

        Press relations :
        - Develop the press action plan
        - Write invitations, press releases and press kits
        - Organize press meetings
        - Track media requests

        Digital communication:
        - Community management and e-influence
        - Manage the animation of the website, social networks and their updates

        - Collect strategic information and news related to the development and animation of the community with the project team
        - Ensure a competitive intelligence (positioning and communication of the other world maritime places)

        Required profile:
        - Autonomous, proactive, organized: have a strategic vision and technical skills for the operational implementation of actions
        - Team spirit: daily work with the team of the World Campus of the Sea
        - Know how to be accompanied and work with service providers (drafting specifications, looking for service providers, project management ...)
        - Be proactive
        - Good relationship: to know and make known the actors of the community of the World Campus of the Sea
        - Very good editorial level (including English) guaranteeing quality content accessible to all
        - Knowledge of graphic design software (InDesign in particular)

        Position to be filled as soon as possible. Post based in Plouzané (29) with trips to be expected in Finistère mainly. Some trips also to envisage in France and in Europe.
        12-month fixed-term contract.
        Remuneration: 30k € + precariousness.
